Theyve got a soft aluminum head gasket , burried up in the ' rebate ' . Tease out with a scalpel tip . Re Roll Flat with round thing afterward .

Lotta guys just use silicone High Temp, on backplates these days .

Put a ' Large ' of the three OS Max 20 intakes in a O S 30 , centuries ago . Theyre essentially a 35 - S . Half the bits interchange .

The H 29 - R unbelievably has the same piston / liner / rod / wrist pin . So your allowed to run it on 20 % Nitro & race props too .

Bolts are 2 1/2 or 3 m.m. metric . or suchlike,  same as 35 - S anyway .

The rear cover and head bolts are M3x0.6mm not a common size. Micro Fastners.com and Lee Machine has these available. As for gaskets give Randy Smith (Aero Products) a call he will be able to take care of those and maybe the bolts too. Yogi

Hi Gil   I would not tap the holes  I would just  use the  4-40 bolts, they are close enough  that no tap is needed,  I also sent a email  with the  parts you wanted cost on
