NVA Sloppy fit - What to do

I have a LA .46 that I had a ST NVA in that did not work out right. I would like to put a OS NVA back in this engine.
So I'm sure someone has done this before.

Was thinking I could put JB Weld around the holes in the case to fill the gap?
Or cut some gaskets?

What do ya think?

I have used nylon washers, basically the same as gaskets.  I don't think you could keep the JB Weld in the holes, and if it got into the engine it might be bad.

Get a PA NVA or Enya NVA Pro.  The spray bar diameter is probably a bit bigger then the ST one,  and they work much better then the ST NVA.

Enya also has special set of washers (P.N.  SP4WS or something like that)  that you can use to center the spray hole right in the center of the venturi for any engine.

Enya NVA Pro ( It has a Nylon bushing that makes it air tight)

Thanks guys.
I think the NVA is ok. It's my cowl. It is not a split cowl and I can not tighten the collier nut. Hence I need a screw in needle like a OS.  HB~>

Washers may work.

Steve Rothwell has these in Oz. Maybe Randy or Henry Nelson does something similar. Knob diameter is 20mm, length is 35mm, hex is to suit the Randy Smith style spraybar collet.
