O.S. .35 FP Head Gasket

Can anyone tell me if  the O.S. Engines Cylinder Head Gasket for the .35AX (OSM23104100) will fit an O.S. .35 FP?  In the alternative, does anyone know where I might get one for the 35 FP?  cannot find it on ebay.

If the BORE is the Same mm , theres a huge interchangeability on any 2 stroke head gasket . Ours dont usually have head bolts thru em , Drilled and filed the centre of some 6 thou aluminum to match a ' plug in ' head ,
and scissored the outer , thisweek , after having scibed it , with a compass . for a .40 . a bit ragged outside , but practise makes perfect , or hopefully excellent , in time , inners easy trimmed with a half round .

Sneared at the price of obsolette gasket sets at the hobby store locally today .  Penny Washers were 10 a shilling , which got you ten pennies , if you had a drill , and the Queen didnt find out . Or it wasThe Tower of London 's
DUNGEONS for you , for defacing an image of the Queen . Never invites me to here birthday , but the media are allways on about it . Anything for a party I guess , over there . If only theyed all STAY THERE .  :D

Thanks for answering Matt. I found out that the head gasket thickness is .015, so I'm going shopping for  gasket material and cut my own. Thanks.

Lots of folks make head shims/gaskets from beer or pop cans. Some of the bigger beer cans (such as the 25 oz. Fosters, here in the USA) may be thicker than the usual small 12 oz. cans. The green can Fosters is pretty nice drinking, a plus...the blue can is pretty tart.  H^^ Steve

Yes, the .35AX and the .35FP both have an 0.795" bore.

  They are relatively easy to make and as noted, pop can aluminum or litho plate works pretty well, as well as brass shim stock.

    Unless you have lost or damaged the original, you don't need to add any gaskets for compression purpose, or at least only the smallest shim for fine adjustment. Unlike the 40, the 35FP runs just fine as it comes either in a 4-2 with a 6" pitch prop, or in a constant 2-stroke with a 4" pitch prop. With smaller props it's about a match for a good ST46. I was exploring the 35FP as a replacement for the ST46 before Dean, Booby, and Rich Tower came up with piped engines, because it promised to be more reliable/repeatable because of the slug piston.

You can make these  pretty easy, IF  you want stock  OS gasket packs  for  35  40  or 46  FP  LA   I have them in stock
