What motors bolt on in place of a Tower 40?  Which ones are good for stunt?

I find myself with two airframes that fit a Tower 40, and only one Tower 40.  I'd like to at least have as many motors as I have planes to fit them on, but I'm pretty much stuck with buying used.

A motor that is totally ready to bolt in place (i.e. same bolt pattern and bolt-to-prop drive spacing), but I'll take what I can get as long as it's known to be a good runner.

All the above plus the HP-40 will work, along with the  Magnum GP -44

Tim, hit up your RC buddies,, ( yeah I am outing you ,,  ) the LA 46 was purchased by a goodly number,, and in the RC world, its not very popular,, lacking in power compared to stuff like the FX, or SF,, they can be found fairly cheap,, I just picked one up that feels virtually new at a swap meet

Tim: come on over I have several FP .40's, Brodak .40, and several others that might work.

I bought a used Tower 40 for 20 bucks on an RC site. It has been mounted on a modified Flit Streak for three years. Piston/cylinder fit is awesome. It'll stall my starter unless I carefully cock the prop clockwise, against compression. LA 46s are easy to tune but prefer a big prop. This may be an issue for a smaller 40 sized stunt plane. Currently my best flying competition stunt plane is a modified Magician powered by a Tower 40. Excellent match for this plane. An LA 46 swinging a big prop might create issues with this light (36 ounce) 48" span bird.
