Title: Need an NVA or just a spraybar for an OS 25fp
Post by: RknRusty on May 14, 2015, 07:12:41 PM
I posted in classifieds
http://stunthanger.com/smf/index.php?action=classifieds;sa=view;id=282
But not getting much action. My Spraybar is bent and stiff, the needle is okay, but I have to shut it off if it needs adjusting, or risk eating pliers. Luckily it hasn't needed adjusting. My usual suppliers, Omnimodels and Tower are out of stock.

Though the OS #22311000 is listed as for the 20 and 25, it seems to be the same up through at least the 40fp. Anyone know where I can get at least the spraybar? I checked Eric rule and Randy Smith's sites, if it's listed I couldn't locate it. I thought maybe an ST replacement would be available.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Rusty

Hey rusty. The st set up would make you have to drill the case. I have that in one of mine in a ringmaster. I like it, but then your stuck with only using that. Any who, i got a  os set i can send you if you can't order the one from tower

The os number you mentioned is good for
20, 25 and 40 fp
25, 40 and 46 la

Hi Dane.
It isn't an emergency since it's for the Ukey. I'm flying the Oriental this weekend. But if I can't rummage one up, I'll let you know. Thanks

You lose a tremendous amount of power doing that, unless you also enlarge the venturi. For a Ringmaster, you need to find a way to kill some power, but overall, it works pretty well as it comes.

How about Stuka Stunt Works? Doesn't Mr Neumann stock the NVA?

Brett, yes, I'm aware the wider TT would restrict the air flow. The 25 runs just like I like it now, so I'd prefer not to make more changes just to accommodate it unless I have to.

Aki, thanks, I'll see if Leonard has one.

Tower claims to  be expecting them in June, so if I must, I'll just wait it out. The Ukey and its 25 are a great combination and I usually use it to warm up before flying my only contest plane. I know I should get a backup for the Oriental, but haven't the means to fill that order right now.

Thanks for the replies and information.

Hi Rusty  I have them in stock but  I do not put 100s  of small items on my web site, you just need to call   678 407 9376  or email an order in
I have the OS and the Enya but the enya  are thicker than OS so you would need  drill the case and resize the venturie

Regards
Randy
