As there are so few inexpensive 3-blade props on the market and Grish Tornado 3-blade props are long gone, I have been curious about Master Airscrew 3-blade props. I have a spare 10x7 Master Airscrew 3-blade that I received with an engine, so I asked Gordan Delaney to measure the actual pitch at several stations on his Prather Pitch Gauge.
I was surprised to see the results. It is nowhere near 10x7 at any measured point. It would be interesting to see the actual measurements of the 10x5 3-blade as well. I might just spend the 8 bucks to satisfy my curiosity.
Next spring I'll try them both on a LA46.

It actually looks to be in the ballpark for MA props.. as it has the Phillip entry leading edge which adds 1" more pitch to the measured pitch. and from what I've seen.. the pitch usually varies a bit from blade to blade. meaning some of the blade might be higher pitch and some lower. I usually corrects this when I repitched them.
