Magnum GP .65 SE
« on: January 19, 2019, 10:51:35 PM »
While cleaning up my workroom, I came across a Magnum GP .65 SE.  I got it a few years ago for a R/C Trainer plane, but it's been sitting on a shelf since.  It seems like a pig, but I was wondering if it could be used for C/L.  Any one ever played with one of these?  I've tried a couple of internet searches, but I can't seem to find any info about this engine.

Theres a fred here https://stunthanger.com/smf/open-forum/os-60-fps/ on the FP 60 .

As theres a LA ? & FP 65 , thatre the same , bar being a 65 , they might well cut it .

Had the FSR - S out saturday , with the Zambilli type head ( Chamber ) .
This along with a Cowl Top Vent , as per Gieske , Gildani et al - has transformed its unrully nature to docile .
Theres a picture of the head mod. on the link . Theyre a big 40 fp clone / FP 60/65 Clone . Pretty much .

Side Mounted or Inverted .? ?

Weight / nose length / C.G. relephant .
