you need to furnish the RPMS  you will  run at  and  the  exhaust timing of the  engine. Then you can get a base setting
You will  also need  to confirm  if , and where  the baffle  is in the  pipe

This sheet was supplied with OPS tuned pipes for years, it will at least give you a starting point.
