Hey Randy, do you make a looong needle for your PA spraybar assemblies? I noticed my T-Rex is over 3 inches wide at the front, and the PA NVA on the DS 60 going in there is completely swallowed by the engine compartment!

You can sweat solder brass tube to the short NV, adding an appropriate end if you can't find a long one. But, be aware
that vibrations can be set up on long NV's that can create run "funnies"...But I'm sure you already knew this!
Better idea might be to keep it short, sweat a small cap screw to it, and use a ball driver (thru the cowl) to make adjustments. Worked for me H^^

Yes we made the needl;es longer But I think you may have the long one now, I do not belive it will extend all the way thru a fuse that wide
I do have unbent needles, you can also add a wheel collar to an unbent one with the outer edge grooved all the way around
or solder a tube to it as an extention..or thread the end and screw on an extention

Just so happens the T-Rex comes with nifty serrated wheel collars that are perfect for needle valve ends. Don't think you will have any vibration issues with one of Randy's needles, if it vibrates at all it will stop at the lock collar.

using the wheel collar, it would be a good idea to put a rubber collet, or a piece of black neoprene combing material in a small circle around the hole, or you could epoxy a small O-ring on the inside of the cowling just at the hole for vibration dampening

Actually, I think I used the long needle on my DS 50 in the Nakke, I remember scratching my head over how long the unbent needle was before I shaped it and cut it down. I'll get in touch next week since I need a couple of other odds and ends anyhow.
