KK fine fine thread NVA's-- how to make them?
« on: May 20, 2016, 08:17:16 AM »
I know you can't get them anymore.

I have a small sherline lathe, almost no tooling.

What tooling do I need to purchase/ make to get very file threads?

Also it is brass for needle and spraybar?  There isn't a nylon insert its there?

want to make a handful for fine thread conversions for norvels.

I get them from Texas Timers

for converting 1/2a Norvels for bladder tanks and my Cox TeeDees all have one now

The Cox spray bar from TT is too small a diameter in the nose of the Norvel so I sleeve it up with 3/32 brass tube and carefully JB weld the assy in to the wide open intake opening
