Actually I have a couple of them that I will be putting on Da Bay in a week or so. They have a neat little muffler that fits into that exhaust stack and blocks/fastens to those holes in the exhaust stack.

I'm selling them for someone else and they are for CL!  H^^

All K&B ( Veco ) needles are the same fred . Allmost all - anyway . somer just needles , freded wire .
the Al oominum ones or the Brass ones fit . Belt the wire if it shuts wrong , and solder it if loose then .

I have an extra Torp 19 backplate which might fit.  Glad to send it as a small step toward getting my shop reorganized.

Jim, I have a Torpedo and a Veco 19 case and crankshaft that are new, and the back plates are different. The Torpedo is smaller. I don't have any needles either.

Mecoa still make the Veco 19 so parts should be available from them.
