Header muffler "tail-pipes" ?
« on: May 08, 2008, 06:18:31 PM »
Hi ,

I have a RO-JETT .40 RE that I would like to get a header muffler , for .
I've noticed that in a few photos I have seen , the muffler (header pipe) is tipped with a piece that looks like blue silicone tubing , with a 45 degree bend in it , to facilitate exhaust exit direction .
Also ...
What type of material can I use to connect the header to the tuned pipe ?
Can anyone tell me where I can get this type of "tail-pipe" material ?

Thanks in advance ,

Rob K.

Hi Rob,
I have thin copper gasket material that I use. Send me your address if you want some. I got my header muffler from RO-Jett.
