Hello

a NEW Stunt engine is now finished

Enya has finished the 53 4 Stroke stunt engine, specs are:.........
1. 53-4C S PRO. (for Control Line)
Bore x Stroke 24.0 x 19.2 (mm)
Displacement 8.69 (cc)
Weight 415g (with muffler)
Construction 4Ball Bearing, OHV, double camshaft, 4 stroke cycle model

Revo. Range 7,000 ~ 12,000 (rpm)
Propeller size D 11.5 ~ 13 x P8 ~ 6
straight muffler M534CS (34g), safety plug code SP-1
with muffler

2. 534C29 CL conversion kit for 53-4C (41-4C) 534C29
Venturi size 7mm and 7.3mm
Needle valve 534C20 special needle valve set
Venturi adaptor Set to intake of the venturi body (2g)
Weight 22g (with venturi adaptor)

I have these and most other  ENYA  2 stroke engines from 15s  to 61s  either in stock or coming in
The new  53 4 Cycles are on the way in now

Have heard good things about that Enya and nothing bad, if I wasn't already overloaded with Saitos would like to see if it would respond to the high pitch choke it down approach as well as the Saitos. With Enya stating 6 ~ 8 pitch am betting it will.

Sure wished the manufactures would publish torque/HP curves, might give me a little insight into why my Saitos are working so well at 81 - 8300. Enya might, haven't looked but nothing from Saito I can find.

For anyone considering a large 4 stroke for C/L use, the ENYA is an EXCELLENT choice.

It was actually the first large 4S engine I ever used, mounted on the (RIP) original Red Baron. I ran it with the carb wired open as well as with a venturi - perfect runs with both.

In the weight range of around 77 ounces, it pulled effortlessly. It was also the substance for one of my first ever 4S articles in stunt news.

The the C/L version may share a trait with the R/C version: They hate props and will throw them at you whenever possible. Just be make sure they are checked and tightened regularly, especially the wooden ones. I'm pretty sure they furnish a jam nut. If not, I would definitely use one - a Nylok.
Also, the R/C version is furnished with an extra head gasket to tame it down - if it comes with the C/L, it would make sense.

I'm sure Randy will have a first class operation regarding ENYA and the quality of the brand is tops.

Here's another interesting thing about the ENYA 4S engines. Since they have separate cams, they can be timed to run backwards.

Who knows if anyone can benefit from that but it's there in case one wants it.

Enya sells a lot of their 4-strokes in reverse rotation pairs for twin engine setups.  You can probably buy the reverse engines by themselves.
