I was browsing Hobbyking Web site. They have hot glow plug at very good price . Has anyone tried one? My standard is Sonictronics  Glow devil or the Thunderbolt from Hobbypeople or SIG r/ c.

If they are cheap, then it's worth a try. I noticed the other day that the Thunderbolt 4-cycle plug, which along with the R/C plug, got popular primarily due to the fact that it was cheap, is now, officially 10x the price it started out - used to be 79 cents, now it is $7.99.

Which plug you use can have a big difference on the run characteristic and the overall "power", but I don't know any other way to find out which ones are the best except to try them.
