just picked up an OS FP 40 with an RK under the lug and a Thunder Tigre GP 40 with an NF under the lug' can anyone tell me who worked on either of these engines
-
TT is a clone .of the OS .
-
i understand that but someone has worked on each of these engines and singed the under side of the lugs

If they letters are stamped, that was done at the factory for some reason. Most engine rework people use an engraver signature of some kind, as far as I have seen. Randy signs "randy" with a number. Tom Lay was "T&L" with a number, Byron Barker signed "Byron" with a number , I think, Larry Foster signed L&J with a number, and that's all I can think of right now.
Type at you later,

My GP40 has KG stamped under the left lug and FP40 has CR. Bought both of these new so like mentioned already yours are probably factory stamps.
