FOX35 NEEDLE VALVE REPLCEMENT
« on: March 13, 2007, 04:53:43 PM »
I bought an O.S. needle valve to replace the original Fox 35....threads were not long enough to tighten properly, so I used approx 3/8 length of fuel line and snugged it up...will this work properly?..thnx, BOB

Hi Bob,

If you are talking about the spray bar not getting tight in the case, put some nylon washers on both sides to line up the hole as close to center as you can.  The spray bar will turn in the case if it's not tight and sealed.

If it's the needle IN the spray bar not getting tight, I don't know.........

Thanks..I will run as I set it up and see what happens..its in there pretty darn tight with the tubing..if it wont work, Ill use your suggestion..by the way, does the spray bar hole have to point directly 180 degrees from the venturi opening?..or can it be off center somewhat?..thnx!, BOB

Up to 25* or even 30* either side from straight down the venturi works.
