Title: fox needle valves
Post by: philip metzner on June 01, 2010, 11:47:40 PM
Several years ago i bought two new NVA's for my fox .35's. The ones i got have two holes in the spray bar. They are so sloppy in the threads the engines wont run without a piece of fuel line fitted tight between the needle and spray bar. I have two of the original brass spray bars and fox tells me they have new needles to fit them. Do you think that would be any better, or just a waste?

Philip, I suggest that if you want to repolace the factory Fox NVAs, use the excellent NVA that Randy Smith produces for the Fox 35.

It's a straight drop in but it is turned down to retain the correct venturi throat area.

Cheers, Geoff

I've been running stock Super Tigre NVA's in my Fox stunt 35's for years.  I could not get a consistent run with the Fox NVA.
