HI All
I have the FOX 35 AAP piston\sleeve engines in stock, I got a shipment of parts this week, They are lighter than the other 35s and should make power and last a long time. I built several of them with cnc cranks, backplates, heads and PA style nvas.
I will report back the information to you as I get it.
Happy Holidays

Randy, I have an Australian Merco 40 plasma p/s and the coating is jet black. I also have one of the new Fox 35 plasma p/s and it looks just like chrome. Is this correct?
-
Rustler, I ain't Randy, but all of my fox "ceramics" (5) are a light grey similar to chrome but so is my Aussy one too. I can't remember what the fellow's name was that I got my first ceramic from in aussie land, but it cut the size of my fox stunt 35 down to a "31". These new Fox ceramics are still 35s. So far I really like mine (have only ran one of them so far)

HI Rustler
Yes it is a Marvin says, the coating is silver and looks almost like chrome, All of the ones I have built with the Aussie P\S are black, I have not seen any from OZ that are silver looking, and the FOX 35s that I have built here were 32s and come with a new head for the smaller bore. I can see why they do that as it is hard to keep a cylinder that is so thin round.
The ones from OZ look more like the black hard anodized liners ,where as the FOX ones look more like a nickle-ceramic coating
Regards
Randy

What's the cost on the new ceramic Fox parts?
Thanks!
-
fox suggested retail price is $70.00. Standard discount to those that they give discounts to. (same as with their other parts)
