Title: FOX 35 plasma PIston\sleeve sets
Post by: RandySmith on January 09, 2008, 11:45:10 AM
The new plasma  piston\sleeve  sets  FOX sells for its  35 have a small problem. The skirt of the piston is .037 inch longer than the typical FOX 35 piston. These  will interfere on some but not all model FOX 35s. FOX has been made aware of this problem by Marvin  and has corrected it. So if you have one of these parts be careful and check it when you install the parts in your motor. Or send it back to FOX for modifying

Regards
Randy

Short answer--No/same displacement.
Better answer---see Marvin Denny's comments in Product Review section.

Cheers,

Hi Gordon

The FOX plasma piston/sleeve set is a drop in fit for the FOX 35 and it uses the same head as the standard FOX, it is the same bore uses the same  pin, clips, rod  etc.  The first plasma  piston/sleeve sets I got in from OZ that were aftermarket  de bored the  FOX 35 to a 32, and was  sent  with  a new smaller head to fit the new smaller  bore. That is not the case with the  FOX factory product.
