Tongue muffler for OS FP10
« on: September 12, 2014, 05:05:40 PM »
Does anybody make a tongue muffler for the OS FP 10? The mounting hole spacing on the crankcase is 27.5mm but the screws for the factory muffler are M2.5 and 4-40 screws do not fit through the crankcase holes.

Geoff.
Send me a drawing of what you want and I will make you one.
I have tongue blank in the workshop that I am sure will fit FP10
OR I have a muffler to fit.

Geoff,

If the only thing stopping you is the ability of a 4-40 fitting through the case, simply run a drill through it.

I'm sure it won't affect the value of the OS adversely.
