I think so but I would order the OS needle just to be sure.

If you go the ST type you will have to drill it out, but then you can never go back to box stock.

If the engine ever hit the ground hard you may want to swap out the back plate. Curtis Shipp has them at a very fair price if you can not find them on tower's site.

Rusty, also as a note i only order the .25 size venturi. It is about ..020 smaller than the 40 size and works fine, unless maybe you have something 50 oz or bigger. One good thing about having the .25 size venturi is you can use it on a .25 size engine if you need it! I also make venturi's from .257 id  nylon bushing stock available at Home Depot , easy to do if you have access to a lathe. Curtis Shipp's backplates are great , if you need you can still use the plastic stock one , i put flat washers on the screws and use a bit of silicone around the plate when i need to use one, don't over tighten!  The la .40 engines that i have work well. I do have a couple that i have st needles in, they work fine, only prob is now the crankcase and the venturi have to be matched to that needle size.

Yes they will work, just did the same thing to 2 la46's 2 la25's and 2 fp35's used the 25 size venturi and nva.
Curtis Shipp makes great alum. backplate so you can get rid of the plastic one with the rear nva.

John.

Rusty,
on Ebay there is a seller who has the delrin venturies for a ST V60. Also I think RSM do these venturies. I bought from both and these venturies fit like a dream.
