OS Max-H 40 wrist pin

Are these wrist pins supposed to be full-floating?
I just got one completely apart. Had to extract the wrist pin with a screw threaded into it. The reason I ask if they are supposed to float is because of the Teflon pads on each side.

yes if they have teflon or delrin pads on the end, they are floating, even brass pads are in some OS engines

Thanks, Randy. I thought so but just wanted to make sure.
Even after multiple trips through the crock pot and a couple dips in decarburizing solution, it still took a lot of force coming out and seemed consistent until it finally popped out.
