Good to see S.T re issue the X61R/E. It was a powerhouse for R/C. Hopefully it will be usefull to the C/L crowd.

If that's 21.4 ounces doubt anyone will build an airplane around it.

I have one of those from back in the early '90s, NIB. Never used it.  Now I wish Great "Pains" could have the smarts to re-model all their engines .45 up to bolt on front crankcases. They provided some better options. For example on a many-motor job, rotate the crankshaft case around to the back of half the engines and all engines can be mounted with mufflers, etc. hidden. This pictured job, after a glitch between the ears is awaiting a rebuild. It will fly again. Two Como (Sup Tigre) .60s.
