What is the best Bolly prop for a ST .51 and a ST .60 (both T&L reworks) - either a 2 blade or 3 blade ? ( or ? 4 blade ?) -- [ kits are Hawker Hunter for the .60 and Sig magnum for the .51] - thanks for all responses.

I use a Bolly 13 x 4.25 repitched to 4.5 2 blade on my T&L ST 51 with excellent results.

I like the APC 12 1/4 x 3 3/4 on my ST51 as recommended by Dan McEntee.

Hi Geno
Many people use the 12 x 6 2 blade 12.5 x 5.5 2 blade or as Crist says the 13x4.25 2 blade, on the ST 51. I used a Bolly 12x6.5n on the 51 in a Mgnum with good results, My personal recomendations would be the 12.5 x 5.5 or the 12 x 6.5N 3 blade
The ST 60 most people used the 12x6.5N 3 blade 12.5 x 6.5 3 blade or the Bolly 13 x 6 2 blade, some people use the 13 x 6 depitched to 5.5 or 5, That seem to be the best prop I have ever used on a ST 60
Jimmy Casales had a very good performance with the 12 x 6.5N 3 blade on his ST 60s, Bill Rich ran the 13 x 6 for years
Billy Suarez uses a Bolly 13 x 6 depitched to 5, or 5.5, so take your pick
Bene Rodriguez from Brasil used a Bolly 11 x 7 4 blade on his ST 51 on the Amozon stunter and got great results.

Hi Steve
Jimmy and most others used it as is. The props is actually about a 5.7 pitch the way it comes from Bolly, and the ST 60 likes to run in a fat 4 cycle, this is on a "normal type 60 size ship" if you have a skinny thin wing plane it would work well at 5 to 5.5
