Title: Blueprints for needle valve assemblies
Post by: Mike Greb on August 18, 2008, 03:27:31 PM
Does anybody have a print for machining a needle valve body? I think I can reverse engineer a jett or nelson body, but I was wondering if there was something that might not be obvious.  The 25 buggie engine that i have uses about a .233 (6mm?) diameter draw bar to hold the carb in and neither the jett or nelson body is big enough. I think the  Evo36 has the same diameter collet.  I could machine a bushing, but I would rather have it in one piece.
