The only ST.60's I own are the light case versions used for stunt. I don't know if those spacing numbers are the same or not but will check. If they are the same then you can look for stunt mufflers. I'l have to check my stash and see if I have any old stock units. I'll report back later.

All the ST 40 mufflers up , are pretty much a fit .

The ' gap ' between the flanges - over & under the exhaust stack varies .
judicious care clamping in a vice & opening / widening to suit the G-60
is the go .
Do one side & get it even , half the differance . Then the other .
You need a file that cuts at the end - so it doesnt end bowed / bananaed .

We figure this is the one youre after ??

The END CAPS interchange , anyhow .
got a few , dunno if the fit is G 60 or not . Nothing to opening to fit the stack , tho .

Hang in there, I am still looking! It finally cooled off around here and I can get up in my attic. I may have one of each style. The forward part is the same I think, and the rear portion should interchange. The small version is what came with the ST.46 R/C version, I think.

Well, luck smiled on me this morning and I was able to find what I thought I had, but it may not work. Are you sure about your dimensions? What I have are the following; One came from a brand new in the box ST.60 light case like we use for C/L stunt. It came with both end pieces like in Air Ministry's photos. The stack matches up with a ST-V.60 stunt engine. The holes spacing, however, is much different. This one I have measures 1.520" approx. from center to , or about 38 or 38.5mm according to a steel ruler. I can send you pics by text or email if you want. Double check your dimensions and we'll take it from there. I don't have any other kind of ST.60 to measure. I have a blue head ST.60 some where but have not found it yet.

Well then these won't help you I guess. I just can't picture the engine being that big at the exhaust and cylinder. Well over 1/4" difference?? I have a newer generation ST.61 R/C engine stashed away for a future scale project, and I think those muffler dimensions are wider that the newer G-.51. I'll find that and measure the manifold. If the same then you may have to go with the modern muffler if you can find one. I'll get back to you ASAP.
