Title: 3d printed CL venturies?

Good morning Small Engine Engineers,

My son just sold me his very lightly used 3d printer.

Anyone have any experience related to 3d printing venturies?

I'm looking for success stories/what works...and fail stories so I know what kind of plastic filament to look for.

I have had good luck with 3d printed venturies .  I model them in fusion 360,and I have used abs.  you will have to play with the insert and throat size to get the exact size you want.   I have only made venturis with through the crankcase spray bar holes and some with the drawbar holes. the above the crankcase NV placement may or may not work, as it probably is not rigid enough. I don't worry about using a o-ring as  my 3d printed venturis are pretty much a slight press fit.

Those are the details I'm looking for. Your 3d image cracks me up...I'm looking to do this for my OS-LA .15s particularly to ensure two engines have the same venturi and throat size for a twin. I figured it should be easy enough to print up a few sets with various throat diameters so I can dial them in for decent power and appropriate speed.
