The ARMY SCOUT is the simplest model to build and the best control line trainer on the market.  All of the hardware is included with extensive simple illustrated instructions and decals.  Bernie even included a tube of model cement to get a newbee started in the right direction.  The ARMY SCOUT uses a the low cost SureStart engine with a stunt tank.  While this tough little model sports an 18" wing span it can also perform stunts when properly balanced.  Designed by Walt Musciano in the 50's Black Hawk Models updated the design to make it the best model a beginner can get.
