We can, once I get the foam cutter running again.  The blasted thing stopped cold one day and totally would not work.  The programming for most foam cutters I've looked at is very narrow minded and aimed at machinists who like Gcode and run CNC mills or lathes, or at RC gliders and vacuum bagging.

As far as lost foam, if you like building, like to paint 19 point finishes and are good at it, lost foam is very good.  If you prefer flying the "lost wood" construction method is easier and quicker.  Build the same wing with solid foam with spars and tips and skip most of the wood and building.
