I bought pen bladder substitute material from Texas Timers.  They had 3 sizes.

I have pen bladders that I purchased from pendemonium dot com.  Look for "Pen Sacs" under Repairs & Services

I have #10, #12 and #14 on hand (larger number = larger size).  The #14 is roughly 1/4" OD by 3" long.  I see they are currently out of stock on #14.  Perhaps the #15 would be appropriate since they can always be cut down if appropriate

Nobody uses actual pen bladders. Even back in the sixties we used pacifiers or surgical tubing. Really old time speed and free flight guys used actual pen bladders (usually with a balloon over the outside) until they discovered surgical tubing.
