It's real easy to see that it's terribly nose heavy. Twin Fox 25s (three back-plate bolt) were tried at first, the noses were just too "floppy" and the resulting harmonics resulted in foaming fuel so bad it never got airborne with both Foxes running. Using Bart's K's workshop and Steve H's FP- 25s got the thing flying, but, it turned really sluggishly.
Dave Ek glued two one oz. lead fishing pyramid sinkers near the trailing edge and it now balances much more better, not hardly nose heavy at all. He also stiffened the noses up with layers of epoxy and glass, so I think the engines will run steadily now. It has a fairly large wing area, and even with the 4 0zs. of lead, it weighs around 50 ozs., I think it will fly well enough to raise eyebrows....gotta' try it out one of these days...no rush.

FYI...This thing was built and flown at the VSC by "proxy" for Sean McEntee, unable to attend the VSC due to his first deployment.
