Tulsa Combat
« on: October 01, 2008, 09:19:02 AM »
I am surprised no one has posted about the combat event in Tulsa this past weekend.  I beleive it was speed limit combat only put on by our own Catdaddy who posts on the forum a lot.  I think there were at least 6 or 7 entries.  I was flying stunt and would check on the progress once in awhile.  The ones I know for sure were Bobby Mears 1st,  Andy Minor 2nd( after leading all day), Rob Hein 3rd.  Cary Minor said it was too close to call and gave in to Rob.  I think Rick "catdaddy" Blankenship and his son wer competitors as well as another young man.  Sunday was prctice day for them and they flew F2D matches most of the day.  If I was about 30 years younger I would give them a try again(F2D).  Later,  DOC Holliday

PS: Going to check the events results section. jeh
