THE McFADDEN CREAMSICKLE
« on: August 13, 2024, 10:10:47 PM »
After hearing about Norm's passing I got to feeling nostalgic about things and motivated to build a copy of Norm's AMA Fast Combat plane, complete with  FOX .36 and one of Norm's fuel pressure regulators.
Norm very kindly gave me permission to build his plane so that I too could become a dominant force in the sport.   ;D
Well, the "dominant force" thing didn't quite pan out but his "Creamsickle" sure did improve my game.

Nice build but............It's not really a "Creamsickle" unless it's 50/50 orange sherbet and vanilla (Orange & white) ;D LL~

The first time I saw Norm's planes covered in transparent it was a batch of planes his Son built for Bob Carver.
They really looked bitchin' ...and Bob could really put on a great show with his death defying  "Demo Flights"
