Have the dates of the 2009 F2D team trials been set?

Quite true, Howard.  And as usual, a week ahead of everybody else.  AMA confirmed that a mailing to that effect went out yesterday. 

Serious competators are invited to stop by the field May 16 & 17 to check the turf.  Speed Limit (75), Slow, Fast, and of course, F2D.  For your entertainment, also LA 25 Race, Perky, Formula 40, and Navy Carrier.  Red October from Vinnie's.

Hint: for those of who remember the old "Detroit Police Cavalry" stable as the turn-in point, it's now been decommisioned and renamed the "Buffalo Soldiers Riding Club".   In the fourth picture, that red barn was the landmark to find the field off of Joy Road.  It was mothballed in that picture, but now it's up and running, so it looks a bit different.
