Rubber Venturi Protector
« on: December 08, 2019, 03:22:06 AM »

Anyone tried to put a rubber venturi protector on a Norvel considering that the top of the venturi is only 4mm from the NVA?

I am way too palsy to do this now but the right size silicone tube and either copper twist tie or very small zip tie will keep the dork tube in place....hint  de oil venturi exterior and the inside of dork tube so nice and dry

Hello Another method that works to keep dirt/mud out is panty hose/stocking material and a rubber 'O' ring to hold it on which works well with short venturi but does make priming the engine more challenging but not impossible.
