What’s to do for bladder compartment?

I am making some bladder compartments for speed limit combat wings (yankee nipper to be exact) and I would like to know what are people using for plastic ends and where’s do they buy them the tubing I’m using is about 2 1/8” fluorescent light guard.

3/16" balsa will work fine as the end caps.
