OS #1a/#15 NVA

Found a store with these, popular for speed limit and fast but no longer available from tower.

http://www.activepowersports.com/

Prices are pretty good but they use Fed Ex ground which is pretty expensive.  Might be a good idea to get a group order together.

Good find Phil, they also have some sought after OS engines too that are not bad priced

I bough a few of the OS remote NVA from Shtterman on Ebay. His listing for the 2111902 1A.15 is not well done because he has them for the .15 and the .46 as well as the smaller version 2111909 for the .10 RC

I have several extra #1A-#15  21181902's but wouldn't mind stocking up on more. Activepowersports is out and shtterman only has the 2111909's left. Has anybody tried those?

BTW, Hank Nystrom over at Texas Timers (a free flight site) sells step-down pressure bladder fittings that makes needle setting a little easier on smaller motors like the LA 25. He even sells thin walled black bladder tubing that approximates the pressure of those pen bladders we used back in the old days:

Scroll down on the left side until you see "Pressure Bladders".

Chad, correct shtterman is out of the larger 21181902s...pity cuz I wanted to get a few more of that size

I use the 21181909s on 1/2a  set ups but think they are too small for .25 or larger unless you need to reduce fuel flow

The part I linked to is actually the spray bar nozzle for .15 (21381907) or .46 venturis not a 21181902 remote NVA

any way the link Phil had is good

here is the part for $9.94

Thanks, Fred. I got an e-mail from activepowersports.com that said they were out of the nva's.

Locally we find the swap meets provide a cheap source for O.S. needle valves . Older engines can picked up for less than a new nva . Back in the day O.S. must of sold a lot of Max 111 .15rc engines . RC guys are going electric and are just dumping old glow engines .
