Voodoo or Nemesis plans
« on: February 25, 2011, 04:31:12 PM »
Does anyone have either or both of these plans on disc? I'd really like the kit plans if possible, I have copies of the magazine articles, have trouble getting them scaled appropriately when printing here locally. my father considered these his 2 favorite combat planes, would like to build one or both for him. I have a fox 36x that needs to return to what it was made for, flying. I know about the Baxter website, will resort to that as a last resort.
Thanks

Steve

I have both scanned in from the magazines.
I usually take the plan page to office max and tell them the % to enlarge them.  It works for me.

Just send Tom the money for the Combat CD.  He has almost every combat plane that was designed on it. Hey Tom, I thought you were in the Vendors Corner?

Local printers seldom get plans perfect, you need a Blue Print shop.  They do not make them on Blue paper any more unless you request it.

I looked for the original Nemesis plans.  I can't find them.  They're here somewhere.  I have some Voodoo ribs, but I used the leading edge as a foam-cutting bow.  Email me your postal address, and I'll send you the ribs.

I have some Nemesis CAD sketches, but they're in VisualCADD, a rather peculiar program.  Gary James may have a CAD Nemesis drawing.

Gene,

That Nemesis II kit you have has a full sized set of plans included (I'm sure it is an M&P kit).  One can build as many Nemesis II's as disired from the plans.  I have one of these kits too.  It was purchased in the late 1970's, and has been on the shelf ever since.  I built my three Nemesis II's from American Modeler or maybe it was Model Aviation plans, can't recall off hand..........TDurrill      D>K     H^^

Gene or Terrence
Do either of you have the Nemesis plans on a disk or on your computer? If so you can email me the file. Then i can get it printed locally.

Thanks Steve

I doubt if any recopied or redrawn Nemesis plan (unless it's Gary's) would have a sufficiently accurate airfoil.  Email me if you want a rib drawing.  I'll also send one to Tom to include with his drawing.

I have an original (pre-magazine, and pre M&P kit) version of the Nemesis II plans.  It dates to the early-mid 1960's. It is very old and turning a little bit brown (kinda like us).  I will make you a copy of it if you want it.  I can also provide you with accurate airfoil drawings if you want them.
