Brodak Combat
10 entries, lots of cuts. As Al said, he got one and six stitches. Mike Londke got something like 11 cuts and 15 stitches. Myself was sporting a thumb with multiple brushes from the back of the prop, no stitches though. Nothing to stitch really. Came from trying to set up planes a week before. No one else even tried to get in the running for most cuts or most stitches.
The weather was great. Mid 80's, lots of sun, not much wind, just a few gusts in the afternoon. Probably the best weather ever for the Brodak Contest.

the rest did not do so well so I'll stop there. I'll be sending Jeff Rein the complete results.
The equipment ran from 15's to 40's. Planes from F2D's to large foamies. Speeds were well controlled. The larger planes maybe hung out a bit better, the smaller ones turned tighter.
Many thanks to the judges, mostly Dennis Hastings and Rick Osborne, with assists from too young ladies, Chris and Jen(I think) plus a couple of other spectators. Roy Glenn and Phil Cartier did most of the circle marshalling.
Special thanks to John Brodak for hosting the event yet again. Looks like next year will likely be a go also.
