26 contestants, way to go and congrats to all who made the team.   I know the Minors work their tails off for this event.   Used to watch them practice a lot before they changed flying sites.

An F2D team trials has got to be one of the most grueling combat contests ever for both the competitors and even the spectators.  The last flight went off after 3:00pm

Hey I remember the days when AMA combat would go til dark.   But,  I have to agree has to be the most grueling of combat events.   Thanks for the report.

The Bladder Grabber would draw as many as 60 entries and run for two days straight. One of my favorite matches was on a Saturday as it was getting dark. Howard Rush and Phil G were really tearing it up at around 8 ft. Howard got the kill somehow and it was so violent it made all the judges jump back.
