Combat is alive and well at Rouge Park

Slow Combat

1st Place - Wayne McDonald
2nd Place - Ed Brzys
3rd Place - Ron Colombo.

"Slow" is an endanged species due to the mechanics of putting a "legal" shutoff on a suction engine, but DCT is keeping the ghost alive.

Speed Limit Combat

1st Place - Ed Brzys
2nd Place - Paul Smith (my first serious attempt at combat since 1993, also the most enjoyable 12 minutes of flying since then)
3rd Place - John Brzys.

Fast Combat

1st Place -  Ed Brzys
2nd Place - Lou Scavone
3rd Place - Wayne McDonald

F2d

1st Place -  Ron Colombo (claiming an early lead for Can-Am F2d Cup)
2nd Place - Brad LaPointe (Canadian F2 Team Manager)
3rd Place - Lou Scavone

After a quick & dirty refresher course, I was recertified to start backup models in F2d matches, after some incidental formalities down in Lubbock, this is the shortest path to the 2008 F2 Team.  Now where did you say that WC will be?

Volume 2.

Ron Colombo performing one of the most popular parts of a Rouge Contest : putting the knife to a pair pf 3-foot "Red October" subs from Vinnie's.

Ed Brzys likes the bladder outdoors, it's worked well for decades.  Helps maintain the strength of the wing.
