Ken that was a great response and still has me in a quandary... on my first Bladder grabber I met Jeff Rein and he said... "when we die so does this event"
I have been twice in the last three years , missing one year because of the motorcycle accident
I never ever competed at that level and the first Grabber was such a adrenaline rush and so fun to just pit, watch, cajole, talk @#$%...let Buzz Wilson or others know he/they were full of it, appreciate the effort Jeff and others like Mckay's wife Roberta does for the event---- I don't see how I can miss the final days of the Grabber....we all know it will die soon with less and less participation
Latter I found your combat graffiti wonderfully done videos and as a old fart, got the groove with the music, hot rods, and bad assed airplanes...all adrenaline builders and I desperately desire to re-live those moments....and the big plus is there re several events such as graffiti with nostalgia and fun for all
Alas I did good in life, and have a bit of disposable income to enjoy what I desire...but two back to back $1000+ trips to northern Wash are out of the question
So I have a compromise....mostly.... Your BBQ and Grafitti event will survive as planned...but please do bring some of your old skool planes down for the 2016 grabber so I can see, touch, ask questions and keep on track with my efforts
