Take a look.

Team Canada came in 4th with Yaro being the top North American.
Team USA was 6th with Alexandra beating all the US men.
Team Israel, composed mainly of US and Canadians came in 13th.

Congrats Yaro and Team Canada.  Well Done!
Also Alexandra-  way to go.

I guess I don't really understand the team scoring.  I know there's some sort of arithmetic involved, but hard to see why two SIN with 0 wins would place above single pilots with multiple wins.  it's not hard to get 3 losses in F2D.  Much harder to get even a couple of wins.

Full teams - 3 men or 3 men & a junior place ahead of 2-man teams.  And 2-man teams place ahead of single flyers.

Points are simply the number of matches won by the top 3 on each team.
Maybe not exactly "fair", but if you want to win bring three seniors and a junior.

It only involves the difference between 13th and 16th place.

I guess it makes crazy Euro logic.  Two flyers losing 6 matches is a better result than 1 flyer winning 3 matches.

Maybe you can get Bill Lee to have the rules changed.

But the status quo works OK for the USA.

Just send a full team and place higher than partial teams.
