I checked the AMA plans site and they don't show it.  Was this a magazine plan? D>K

IF memory serves, the Tamigo was only availabe as a kit from Mike.
If you do happen upon a kit, when building it, raise the tail pipe aprox. 3/32" HIGHER than the metering jet center line.
This is where we found the plane tracks nice and level with out much at all control input.
That is the jet I learned on back in '74.
with tied lines (made illeagle after that summer, or was it '74?), I got mine up into the low 170's. Normal speed is around 140 plus depending on fuel/air/model set up.
(if flying with 2 lines)
Then I went on to the Sidewinder and then Ironsides.

Do you want this for simply sport flying?

Here's a MUCH better choice for a Dyna-Jet powered plane. It's "almost" an ARF.  Will do 135-140MPH.
