Bill, I have. As a last resort I will pay the very high prices that they are asking. I was just hoping to do better here.

  Set up a search on eBay. There was a group of 10 or 12 in an auction that ended today. With some due diligence and patience you can beat the MECOA price, which was 18 or 20 bucks each I think the last time I looked?

Swap meets are your friend. I picked up 6 Thunderbolt R/C longs for $25. This last weekend I got a complete Magician kit (the big one) for $30.

I had a swapmeet last Saturday.  I bought a new OS LA 40 with a Tatone test stand and prop for 20.00 and 2 - Evolution 46 engines for 10.00 each.  There was some kits, but (unbelievably) they were missing at least half the parts and the plans were not the type you can use to make parts.  I did get a bunch of light weight wheels, which I needed to meet the suggestion for my Twister.   But, yeah you used to be able to get glow plugs cheap.  Once I was at a Miami swap and bought a handful of OS #8 for .25 each.  I even bought a JET .40, complete and in good condition for 10.00.
