If a kit doesn't materialize, you might inquire with Pat Johnston.  He drew the CAD plans for the Skylark.  I'm sure he could laser cut what you need.

 Search this out on the forums here as it has been discussed several times before, but I think there are 3 plans out there for the Skylark and all are Classic legal. The Sterling kit didn't come with full plans, I don't believe, as was typical of them at that time period. More of a large instruct6ion sheet. The design was shrunk from Ed's original drawing in order to get the kit in a standard, in stock box. The magazine plan from when it was published is another plan that I think differs a bit from the kit, as the magazine personal who drafted the plan and inked them took some liberties to make sure it fit on one magazine page and one sheet of full size plans. The Kenn Smith kit has plans that were drawn by Bill Byles with Ed Southwick looking over his shoulders and using Ed's original plan and models as reference. It is bigger than the kit airplane, I think. I am not sure about the RSM kit and it's plan, as I have never seen one nor remember anyone posting about it. All three "versions"  are good flyers and will be as good as you can build it and trim it. The magazine plan is on Outerzone also, but not sure if any of the others are available on line in digital format.
