WANTED; Muffler extension with 1-3/8" bolt spacing

Looking for a muffler extension (1/2"-3/4") with 1-3/8" bolt pattern.

This fits an LA 40-46 etc., etc.

Du-Bro has exhaust extension blanks 6" long 1 3/4" wide. Cut to size, through drill and go.

There was a 13 mm extension for the EVO 36, which will fit the 40-46 LA. It might be easier to find if you search specifically for that. OS also made an extension that was much pricier. I will check my stash at home tonight.
