I need what you see in this photo, not the extension, but the prop nut.

Threads have to be 6 x 1.0 and the recessed part is 3/8.

If not available, possibly I could have one made. Yes! I tried TruTurn.

McMaster Carr threaded female hex standoff. M6x1 thread, 25 mm long, 13mm hex. Turn one end down to 3/8" round. Of course you didn't say what thread you need on the other end.
