I saw Dale Kirn's son fly a monoline demonstration at a VSC. It was a "recognizable" pattern.
I remember "back in the day" that Stanzel offered a cash reward if someone would win the Nats with monoline controls. I believe the offer was $1,000. Maybe it was $2,000. I think it was Bill Werwage who worked with the monoline approach for a while. I do not know how much effort he put into it, but from all accounts, Bill determined that the reward would remain safe in the Stanzel bank.
