Propellers
« on: November 30, 2022, 11:55:55 AM »
Looking for a source for 9/4 propellers. Wooden preferably. Sources seem slim for this size. I may not be looking in the right places. Any suggestions? Thanks, Ed.

I looked on the website. Only saw electric and indoor stuff. I may not have deciphered the nomenclature correctly.

I ordered 9-4 and 9-5  Xoar props in left and right hand pitches through a west coast eBay seller, I think it was rchobbysolutions. Search out Xoar and Falcon wood props. Master Airscrew has a line of wood props but the hubs are usually pretty thick and I have never been wild about them Brodak will have their BY&O line and they will most likely be paddle blade props if that makes any difference to you. Otherwise watch eBay for previously owned stuff to come up.
  Type at you later,

Hey Dan I checked Brodaks but they didn't list a 9/4 prop. I'll check the other sites. Thanks.

Dan I did find props on the Brodaks site. I missed them earlier. Xoar lists that size. The smallest Falcon lists is 10 inch. Thanks.

Cut it down to 7”. There are other options as well.

Check Randy Smith. He had quite a few different sizes.

Brodak's BYO wood props are great. Nicely made.

Brodak's BYO 9-4 wood props are their SKU# BH-1532
